Tips on how to ease your baby’s cough and colds.

Being a new mom is very wonderful. Everything is first and that is so amazing. But of course being a new mom requires patience, patience that no matter how tired you are, you will still do everything to take care of your baby.
As we go along, no matter how protective you are with your baby, one way or another you will find you baby gets sick. Your baby has a really bad cold for an instance. This is very traumatic for you because you can see and feel here that your baby’s chest is congested. What are you going to do? Don’t panic. There are ways that you can take care of your baby without bringing him/her to the hospital.

What you can do is you can buy or purchase mist humidifiers and keep it on while your baby is sleeping. In this way, it will help loosen up the cough and lets the baby breathe better. Humidifier is safe for babies, children and adults. Also, keep your baby’s head elevated. Put something under your baby’s bed sheet to elevate the head. In this way, your baby will breathe better. Give your baby a hot water steam when he/she has a cough. Have your baby sit on your lap and let your baby breathe in the steam. This will surely ease the cough. Most importantly, don’t forget to give your baby hugs and kisses everyday to make them feel someone is always with them.
